The hotel rooms were all in great condition, clean, and comfortable for a long stay. However, our one-bedroom 'deluxe' suite was smaller than expected and not as spacious as described. The staff was professional and courteous, with some delayed service on the room readiness. The location was good, close to key areas like Cocowalk and Miami, but parking services were lacking. The dining options were limited, and prices were high, especially for certain services. The facilities were well-equipped with key essential amenities.

The service is professional and courteous, but some may find the staff less attentive to complaints. The location is convenient, near attractions but lacking a bit in valet and bell service. The on-site dining may be marginal, yet the hotel boasts facilities like car hire, grocery shopping services, and valet parking.

The hotel provides a lovely view from some of the rooms, which are privately owned with varying decor styles. The rooms themselves are dated, and some face service rooms, while noise from trucks can be a disturbance. However, the rooms with a nice view offer a pleasant stay despite being somewhat outdated.
My stay at the hotel was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very spacious, updated, and perfectly clean. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff who catered to various requests. The location was superb, right by the water in the heart of Coconut Grove, providing easy access to restaurants and shops. Though the dining was below average, the overall experience was fantastic.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The rooms were beautifully appointed, including a fully equipped kitchen, thanks to Mr Leroy and Mr Carlos Gracia at the reception for their excellent customer service. The service was outstanding, except for the slightly pushy valet guys in the mornings. The location was superb, central to Coconut Grove and overlooking the bay of Coconut Grove. The dining experience, unfortunately, was below average but the homemade biscuits were a lovely touch.
